Do I need a Moore™ Account to place an order?

Not compulsory, although we recommend the creation of an account as a requirement to make order placement faster and safer, it is not necessarily compulsory, but if you are able to create one before purchase, that would help the process.

Why create a Moore™ Account?

Your account will allow you to make purchases through the Moore™ website. Creating an account enables you to be identified quickly by Moore™ when you make online purchases. You can also:

- Access your shopping cart.
- Consult your online orders and download the related invoices.
- Track the delivery of your orders.
- Update your personal information.

How can I create a Moore™ Account?

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.

Can I cancel my online order?

If you wish to cancel your order, we invite you to contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will confirm the cancellation by email.

In case the package has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel your order. You may return the product to us within 14 days of reception by following the procedure indicated below.

Your package contains a pre-printed return label to be affixed to the parcel. Drop the package off at any DHL Express point. Be sure to keep the proof of return which will allow you to track the package.

The product must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Additionally, the security tag must remain intact and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product which does not meet the above conditions.

We will refund the product within 14 days of the validation of the return to the workshop. The refund will be processed using the same payment as purchase.

A personalized product cannot be returned.

What packaging options can I choose from?

Basic Packaging

Our basic packaging uses fewer materials and has less of an impact on the environment. In this more sustainable option, you can receive your purchases wrapped in tissue and placed in a FSC-certified, recyclable, brown cardboard box. 

Signature Packaging

Your order will be placed in one of our signature black boxes and tied with ribbon. All our signature boxes are FSC-certified and fully recyclable.

Sale

All sale purchases will be shipped in basic packaging.

Why are some items marked as final sale?

Some items are not easy to return due to travel and transport restrictions

Do you offer price adjustments on sale items?

All approved price changes will be credited to your Moore™ account as store credit. This is valid for 12 months and will be automatically deducted at checkout when you next place an order.

Please note, we are unable to offer a price adjustment on further reductions or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

If you notice a change in the price of an item you purchased, please call our Customer Care team and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

What do I do if I think an item that I purchased from your site is faulty?

Simply email customercare@net-a-porter.com
and we’ll look into this for you.  When you get in touch with us,
please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be
aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and
tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Is my payment secure?

Payments on our site are encrypted and secured with 3D Secure.

Which payment methods are accepted?

All standard payment methods are currently acceptable. Efforts also in place and would soon take effect

Can I pay for my online purchase with a gift certificate issued in a store?

It is not possible to pay online with a gift certificate issued in store. However, you may use the gift certificate in any boutique in the issuing country.

Can I modify my online order?

It is not possible to modify an online order.

To modify your personal details, including name, phone number and email address, visit the 'Personal Information' section under My Account.

I need to reset my password. What should I do?

If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the Login page and follow the procedure to change it. An email will be sent to you to reset your password.

Which purchases can I consult on my account?

Your account will only allow you to consult purchases made online through the moore™ website.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer standard shipping for all products.

Shipping options may vary depending on the country.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery terms and conditions are displayed under the 'delivery and returns' section on each product page.

I placed an order online. Can I modify the delivery address?

We invite you to contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify the delivery address.

I received my online order and the product is damaged. How should I proceed?

Moore™ pays particular attention when preparing each order to ensure the product is delivered in new condition.

If for any reason you have received a product with a defect or damage, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
